Had several takeways from here. The food has always felt freshly cooked, arrived within a good time and tasted really nice. Reasonably priced compared to takeaway options.

We went here whilst on a short holiday. Lovely little venue. The owner was quite a charming man and liked the banter. The coffee was fine. The cakes were amazing. The owners wife is a pastry chef and makes the all on site. Definitely up there with the best cakes we’ve ever eaten. Really enjoyed the visit and have great memories of this place.
Lovely little cafe/restaurant with authentic tasting Japanese cuisine. We dined in on a Wednesday evening and we practically had the place to ourselves. We ordered Chicken Yakitori and Duck Gyoza for starters. The Yakitori was juicy and saucy and the Gyoza crunchy and very filled. We got Chicken Katsu Curry on noodles and the Teriyaki Eel with Rice. Both great portion sizes and garnished with pickled veg and edamame beans. Friendly and chatty staff with plenty of menu choice. Definitely a place to return to!
Best Chicken Katsu I have ever had! Currently, doing a £5 lunchtime special. Generous portions and absolutely delicious! My daughter got some sushi which she loved .
Popped in for some takeaway sushi for lunch. The very friendly and chatty manager called out the chef to talk to us about what we might like. He then went off to make it which took around 15 mins. Food arrived nicely presented and with a complimentary miso soup for us to try. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We took our food away in a paper back with napkins and chopsticks. Both my husband and I agreed it was the best sushi we have ever had. The flavours were amazing! A lovely treat for £23. Yes it’s more than you would pay for sushi in Tesco but this was made fresh to order using fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back, and can’t wait to try more from the menu. A great addition to Harwich. Thank you
Food was excellent, the £5 Lunchtime offer Katsu Curry was absolutely amazing my Wife & I enjoyed it very much see you again!
Great staff and great food. Tried both the sushi and the katsu curry, both were good. Prices are alright for the portion size. Would definitely recommend!
Small selection of food but always very nice. The guy on the counter is great, always friendly. Beautiful cakes and fresh made coffee. I would recommend this place
